Who We Are The Undisputed South LLC ("The Undisputed South," "TUS," "we," "us") owns and operates TUS TV at theundisputedsouth.com, a media platform covering Southern combat sports, including video content, news, fighter profiles, rankings, live events, memberships, and merchandise. By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts You need an account to comment in the Community, subscribe to a membership or Fighter Pass, or purchase merchandise. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; if you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

Memberships & Payments TUS+ and individual Fighter Passes are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. All payments are processed entirely by Stripe - TUS never receives or stores your card number. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Merchandise orders are final once shipped except as required by law or stated in a specific product listing.

Content & Intellectual Property Video, articles, graphics, and other content on TUS TV belong to TUS or its licensors unless otherwise noted. A paid membership gives you a personal license to view that content - it does not give you the right to download, redistribute, re-upload, or publicly rebroadcast it.

Community Conduct If you post in the Community section, keep it about the sport. We may remove content or suspend accounts for harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, sharing others' private information, or anything unlawful. You're solely responsible for what you post.

Featured Fighter Program Fighters who join the Featured Fighter Program do so under a separate, signed partnership agreement that governs content rights, revenue splits, and event access specifically. These general Terms apply to the public site; they don't replace that separate agreement for signed fighters.

Termination We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Disclaimers TUS TV is provided "as is." We work to keep fighter records, rankings, and event information accurate, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or current at every moment. Live streams may be affected by factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, TUS TV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page.
