Who We Are TUS TV (theundisputedsouth.com) is owned and operated by The Undisputed South LLC ("The Undisputed South," "TUS," "we," "us"). The Undisputed South LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

What We Collect Account information (email, and name/photo if you provide them), purchase history, membership and Fighter Pass status, support tickets you submit, and Community posts you write. If you apply to the Featured Fighter Program or submit fighter intake information, we collect what that form asks for - including, for signed fighters, information kept private and never shown publicly.

Payment Information We do not collect or store your credit card number. Checkout happens entirely on Stripe's own secure payment page; TUS's systems only ever receive a payment confirmation and a Stripe reference ID, never your card details.

How We Use It To run your account, process payments, fulfill merchandise orders, respond to support requests, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies & Analytics We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and basic analytics to understand site usage and performance. This doesn't include third-party ad tracking.

Sharing Your Information We share information with the service providers that make the platform work - Stripe for payments, Supabase for account and data storage, Mux for video, and email delivery for account and order communications. We don't share your personal data with anyone else except where required by law.

Data Retention We keep account and order information as long as your account is active, and as needed afterward for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request account deletion through Support.

Your Rights You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated personal information by contacting Support. Some information (like order records) may be retained where required by law.

Children's Privacy TUS TV is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy We may update this policy as the platform grows. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page.

Video Viewing and Analytics When you watch a video in the TUS TV player, we count viewing so we can understand what our audience enjoys: that a video started, how long it played, how far it got (a quarter, halfway, three quarters, or to the end), the general type of device (phone, tablet or computer), and whether the viewer was signed in or a TUS+ member. We combine this into daily totals for each video.

We do this without cookies and without storing your IP address. To count unique viewers, we create an anonymous identifier from your connection and browser information, scrambled with a secret key. It changes every day, cannot be traced back to you, and is deleted within two days.

We do not record which person watched which video, and we will not share personally identifiable information about the videos you watch with anyone, including fighters, sponsors, advertisers or investors, without your separate, informed consent, except as required by law. We do not sell viewing information.

Fighters, partners, sponsors and potential investors may see viewing totals, such as how many times a video was played or how many hours were watched. These totals cannot identify any person.

If you are signed in, we also save where you stopped in each video so you can pick up where you left off. Only you can see this, and it is deleted if you delete your account.

Our video provider, Mux, processes video playback to deliver and improve streaming quality. We have turned off Mux's analytics cookie. Some videos are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies when you watch them.

Supporter Visibility Fighters can see how many people follow them, hold their Fighter Pass, or buy their merch. They see your display name on their supporter list only if you turn on "Let fighters I support see my name" in your account. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time. Fighters never see your email address, phone number or location, and never see which videos you watched.
